Behavior Technician (BT / RBT)
Work one-on-one with children, putting individualized ABA plans into action under the guidance of a BCBA. You'll use positive reinforcement, track progress, and help kids build communication, social, and daily-living skills. No experience required — paid training and RBT certification support provided.
