Job Description

We are seeking a talented Lead Scheduling Coordinator with a strong track record of efficiently managing and coordinating caregiver schedules within a home care or healthcare setting. If you also have experience with scheduling software and strong client/staff communication skills, that’s a big plus!

About the Role:

You will play a key role in ensuring seamless client care by expertly managing caregiver schedules, with a primary focus on creating optimal matches between caregivers and client needs.

 

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM

Timezone: EST – Full time Role

 

Scope of Work:

Collaborate with clients, families, and caregivers to understand scheduling needs and preferences.
Develop and maintain efficient and accurate caregiver schedules using scheduling software.
Work closely with the team to address scheduling conflicts and ensure consistent coverage.
Maintain clear and timely communication with all stakeholders regarding schedule changes.
Ensure accurate documentation of schedules and related information.
Contribute to the smooth and efficient delivery of high-quality home care services.
Assist with resolving scheduling emergencies and staffing shortages.
Ideal Profile

Requirements:

Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a client-facing or coordination role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

~1 to 2yrs Experience with Scheduling Software
~1 yr Homecare or Healthcare Industry Experience
~1 to 2yrs Scheduling/Client Relations Experience
~1 to 2yrs Administrative Experience
